The Journey Behind Every
KING COCONUT Bottle
The Journey Behind Every
How We Bring Sri Lanka's Finest King Coconut to Your Door
Harvesting & Sorting
King coconuts are hand-picked at peak ripeness (typically 6–7 months old) from Sri Lankan palms. Each nut is inspected and graded for quality and water volume before processing begins.
Cleaning, Filtration & Pasteurization
The outer husk is sanitized and the coconuts are mechanically opened under hygienic, controlled conditions.
The water is extracted through a sealed cutting system to minimize air exposure and contamination. The water is then filtered to remove any pulp or particles.
Finally, the water is pasteurized by heating it rapidly to a precise temperature killing pathogens while preserving the natural flavor, electrolytes, and nutrients.
Bottling & Sealing
The pasteurized liquid is filled into bottles in a sterile environment under positive air pressure to prevent contamination. Bottles are sealed, labelled, and batch-coded for traceability before being packed awaiting export.
