1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of thecoconutculture.eu and any purchases made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.
The Coconut Culture is a limited liability company (společnost s ručením omezeným, s.r.o.) registered in Prague, Czechia.
2. Products
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your selected region and are inclusive of VAT where required by law. Prices may change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout via major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other methods displayed at checkout.
4. Orders & Contract
A contract between you and The Coconut Culture is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or product unavailability.
5. Delivery
Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right does not apply to sealed food and beverage products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.
If you wish to exercise a right of withdrawal for an unopened, sealed product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@thecoconutculture.eu. Return shipping costs in such cases are at the customer's expense.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of The Coconut Culture and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Coconut Culture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Czechia. As a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
